YOGA: All you truly must bring is an open mind and willingness! It is also handy to bring a mat, a towel that covers the entirety of your mat, and a hydrating beverage. Mats and towels can be rented for $5 each at the studio. Bottled water is also available for purchase.

CYCLE: Bring shoes! Our bikes come with SPD and LOOK clips, along with the tennis shoe slip-on feature. We do highly recommend cycle shoes if you become an avid rider. Bring a towel and a hydrating beverage!

GROUP FITNESS: Bring a towel and a hydrating beverage!

Leave your cellphone outside the studio. This allows you to fully disconnect and not disturb others.

There is no smartwatch use in the studio. This allow you to be fully present as well as not distract other students or the instructor.

Be respectful. Once class has started, there is traditionally no talking between students during class.

Bring a towel (or two). Bring enough towels to assist with your practice and clean your sweat from the space immediately adjacent to your mat after class.

Leave your shoes at the racks inside the door. This helps prevent tracking in dirt to the studio.

Plan to stay for the whole class. If you must leave early, let the teacher know, and do it before savasana, the period of final relaxation at the end of class, to not disturb your classmates during a key part of class.
