We’re glad you’re here! Here’s what you need to know to visit our studio.

Create an account online: Before your first visit to the studio, create an account in the Zweet Sport online system. All guests must register for an online account and sign our liability waiver. Manage your account using our smartphone app for your Apple or Android device.

Schedule your first class. Visit our online schedule and click “sign up now” to join the session. Space is limited and reservations are required.

CYCLE: Bring shoes! Our bikes come with SPD and LOOK clips, along with the tennis shoe slip-on feature. We do highly recommend cycle shoes if you become an avid rider. Bring a towel and a hydrating beverage!

CLASSES: Must be cancelled a minimum of 6 hours prior to class start time. If class is cancelled less than 6 hours prior to class or you do not show for class, you will lose a class credit and incur a $18 late fee. Drop-in clients will lose their single pass, no additional late fee.

PERSONAL TRAINING: Must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled session. If session is cancelled less that 24 hours prior to session or you do not show, you will be charged in full.


CLASSES: Please plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to published class time. There is no late admittance into class. Studio doors lock at published start time. A late arrival to class that results in a student missing class is considered a cancellation and subject to cancellation fee.

PERSONAL TRAINING: Personal Training Guests are responsible for arriving on time for their sessions. Sessions will end at the scheduled end time. Please contact your Personal Trainer if you are running late.


There are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges allowed on memberships. Memberships may not be shared.

Cancelled contracts will incur a cancellation fee equal to half the value of the remaining contract.
