Your full day of high energy fitness starts at 9 am with cycle and strength classes, a nutrition workshop, a form seminar, then a good stretch with yoga for athletes. Join your favorite Zweet Sport instructors for a day of all things health and wellness.

Join Zweet Sport’s FREE Fall Fit Club Challenge!

Register in advance and commit to your fittest Fall ever by competing to attend the most classes in 30 days. Classes include any group fitness or cycle classes at Zweet Sport Total Fitness (does not include yoga).

Kick off starts Monday, September 12. We will feature theme rides, pop up Friday rides, giveaways, and weekly motivational emails.

Our posted leaderboard will motivate and inspire you. The winner gets to choose their prize: a private group fitness class with your friends or a free personal training session!

Other fun prizes will be awarded throughout the month. Even if you take just one class, you could be a winner!
