Led by Heather Pritchett, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist, this workshop will be held virtually and will be recorded live, so if you can’t make it at the scheduled date/time, you can still register and watch at your leisure later. Registration link will be sent to all registrants the day prior to the workshop and the recorded session will be sent to all registrants after the workshop.
