New Student Info

General Info:

New students of all levels and experience are welcome and encouraged to attend. It is very important that new students arrive at least 5- 10 minutes before class. You need to be briefed by the instructor to ensure that your first class is safe and enjoyable.

It is important to not come to class on an empty stomach, as this may cause a sudden drop in blood sugar level. Eat just enough to keep your blood sugar level steady. Be sure to begin hydrating 2-3 hours before class.

If you have an injury, medical condition or history of an injury &/or medical condition, it is your responsibility to inform the instructor before class. If you are unsure of whether your medical history will permit your participation, please email prior to class.

What To Bring:

For your first class you will need a mat, a towel large enough to cover your mat and a hydrating beverage of your choice.

  1. $25 – Drop-in
  2. $59 – 1 Week – 5 classes of Hot Yoga + Group Fitness +/0r Cycle Classes
