Autumn Equinox Yin Yoga
September 24 – 2 pm

Yin yoga is a slower, more meditative restorative practice that targets deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Holding postures longer (up to 5 minutes!) gives your body the opportunity to stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while your mind turns inward to pay attention to the fluctuations of your breath and improve mental clarity. Join us for this powerful practice to reset at the beginning of a new season.

The room will be between 75-80 degrees and not be heated. This practice is not recommended during pregnancy.

Winter Solstice Candlelight Celebration
December 17 – 4 pm

The winter solstice marks the day when those living in the Northern Hemisphere experience the shortest day and longest night of the year.

Join us to celebrate the change in seasons though a 90-minute restorative yoga practice followed by a 30-minute guided meditation all in a candlelight glow.
