Hamstrings, Hips + Spines. This is Zweet’s signature deep stretch class. The instructor leads students through a vinyasa-style sequence focused on deep opening and stretching of the hamstrings, hips, and spines, while also providing postures to strengthen. This class is ideal for those looking to gain more flexibility and mobility in their body. This is the perfect class for a newcomer to yoga.
Heated Hatha. This class begins and end with breathing, the main pillar of all yoga practice. The sequence incorporates postures from the Ghosh 84, vinyasa, and Hot 26+2 styles.
Heated Hatha Intermediate. This class is structured with an experience practitioner in mind and emphasizes alignment instruction. The practice includes fundamentals of our heated hatha (which incorporates Ghosh 84 postures), vinyasa, and Hot 26 & 2 class. Students who have a consistent practice are encouraged to try this invigorating series.
Hot 26+2. This Bishnu Ghosh-based set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is practiced in a room heated to 105°F. Postures including standing poses and backbends are taught in a specific, unchanging order. This is offered in a 60- and 90-minute format. In the 60-minute class, some postures are done only once.
Morning Rise. The best way to start your day! This class emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The sequence varies from class to class and is designed for students to honor their body as they prepare for a new day.
Vinyasa. Vinyasa classes are a moving meditation focused on thoughtfully and fluidly entering and exiting each posture with breath. The sequence includes sun salutations, standing postures, back bends, and floor postures that build internal heat, full body strength, and flexibility.
Deep Heated Stretch + Tone. This full body yoga workout engages the core throughout and focuses on lengthening and strengthening of all major muscle groups.
Power Flow. This quick-paced practice will tone, strengthen, and detoxify your body. The dynamic sequence flows from one posture to the next using breath. The series is taught in an energetic bell curve designed to increase your heart rate steadily to apex and then release your muscles into deep stretch and hip openers. A wide variety of modifications and amplifications are offered to tailor your practice and for all experience levels.
